Red Light Therapy, Specified Properly and Built In Beautifully

Red light therapy is only as good as the equipment behind it, and the market is full of panels whose specifications don't hold up. Aqua Spazio specifies and installs certified red and near-infrared systems, typically working at around 630–660nm and 810–850nm. We integrate them into recovery rooms, spa suites and home wellness spaces so they look like part of the architecture rather than an afterthought.

Our red light installations

  • Full-body pods and beds: enclosed or open units for complete, even coverage in a single session.

  • Panel walls: modular panels set into a wall or frame for standing sessions in gyms and recovery rooms.

  • Standing booths: compact walk-in cabins for clinics, studios and spas.

  • Integrated recovery rooms: red light combined with sauna, plunge and relaxation spaces in a single circuit.

  • Sauna integration: red light panels built into infrared or traditional saunas where appropriate.

Why the engineering matters

Two panels with the same wattage can deliver very different results. What matters is the wavelengths, the irradiance at the treatment distance, and how evenly the light covers the body. Installation matters too. We design every red light space with:

  • Equipment selected on verified wavelength and irradiance data, not marketing claims

  • UKCA/CE-certified units from established manufacturers

  • Dedicated electrical circuits and safe, concealed cabling

  • Ventilation to clear the heat generated by pods and panel walls

  • Eye protection, session timers and wipe-clean surfaces for hygiene between users

Home and commercial red light therapy

At home, a red light pod or panel wall can sit in a gym, a recovery room or beside a sauna. For gyms, clinics, hotels and wellness centres, we specify commercial-grade units built for back-to-back sessions, with booking-system integration, cleaning routines and user controls that keep things simple.

Frequently asked questions

What wavelengths should I look for?

Most systems combine red light at about 630–660nm with near-infrared at about 810–850nm. We look at the verified output of each unit, not just the numbers on the label.

Pod or panels?

Pods give full-body coverage in one session and suit homes and spas. Panel walls take up less floor space and suit gyms and busy recovery areas.

How long is a session?

Most sessions last 10–20 minutes, depending on the equipment and the manufacturer's guidance.

What does it need to install?

A dedicated electrical supply, adequate ventilation and enough clear space around the unit. Pods also need a suitable access route for delivery.
