• Finnish saunas: traditional saunas in Nordic spruce, thermo-aspen, hemlock or cedar. Each heater is sized to the cabin volume and glazing, and the ventilation is designed for soft, even löyly at 80–100°C.

• Infrared saunas: full-spectrum infrared cabins at a gentle 45–60°C, ideal for homes and recovery studios.

• Bio saunas: soft-heat saunas at 50–60°C with gentle humidity and herbal infusions, suitable for longer, more relaxed sessions.

Our state of the art Steam Rooms are built bespoke tiled steam rooms on insulated, fully tanked substrates with sloped ceilings, heated benches, aroma dosing and starlight or chromotherapy lighting. Steam generators are sized to room volume and wall construction, and auto-flush, drainage and extract are designed in from the start.

For our more discerning clients and for commercial wellness market we install comprehensive wellness facilities comprising of but not limited to

• Cold plunge pools: built-in and freestanding plunge pools held at 4–10°C. Each has a correctly sized chiller, short-turnover filtration, UV disinfection and insulated construction, so it can take repeated use in a busy hot–cold circuit.

• Snow rooms: insulated cold rooms at −5°C to −10°C with snow generators that make real snow, plus drained anti-slip floors and automatic defrost. They're a striking cold experience for hotel spas and wellness centres.

• Halotherapy Salt Rooms that combine backlit Himalayan salt walls with correctly sized halogenerators with dry, controlled air and dedicated ventilation. That keeps the salt where it belongs. Fittings are corrosion-resistant throughout, for a calm space that lasts.

• Certified Red Light Therapy Rooms and near-infrared light therapy pods, beds and panel walls, chosen on verified wavelength and irradiance data. They are integrated into recovery rooms and wellness suites with dedicated power, ventilation and wipe-clean finishes.

The Hot–Cold Circuits - the basis of our Contrast Therapy Suites

Contrast therapy works best as a designed journey: heat, then cold, then rest. We plan the full hot–cold circuit as one space, sauna to plunge pool, steam room to snow room, then on to salt room and relaxation lounge. We also integrate the dehumidification, ventilation, drainage, electrics and plant behind it, so the whole suite runs as one balanced system.
